Jeff Jarnecke is the new Executive Director of Visit South Bend Mishawaka succeeding Rob DeCleene, who has become vice chancellor for university relations and advancement at Indiana University South Bend. Jarnecke most recently served as Executive Director of Venues for the city of South Bend.
Warren R. Wilkinson is the new President at Visit Overland Park in Kansas. An experienced DMO leader, he has previously served as Chief Marketing Officer at both Choose Chicago and Visit Indy.
Kasey L. Summerville has been promoted to Vice President of Marketing, Communications and Community Engagement at Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau. She joined the DMO in 2017.
Adam Berrios has been promoted to Vice President of Sales and Services at Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau. He joined the DMO in March 2021 as Director of Sales. Previously, Berrios was Senior Sales Manager with Visit Greenville SC and Alpharetta Convention and Visitors Bureau.
Tyler Gosnell has been appointed as Chief Brand & Marketing Officer at Visit Salt Lake. Prior to his recent work with the Royal Commission for AlUla in Saudi Arabia, he was in international marketing and global planning roles with Visit California and San Francisco Travel Association.
Tanvi Chauhan has joined Visit Savannah as Communications Manager. She joins from Brewton-Parker College where she had been a part-time business professor and director of information and library sciences.
Bonna Johnson has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications at Nashville Convention and Visitors Corp., which she joined in 2015.
Jay Negrón has joined Visit Florida as a Global Marketing and Trade Account Executive. He was previously Sales Manager, Latin America for Visit St. Pete Clearwater.
Amy Chambers is starting a new position as Director of Engagement at Visit California. She had previously been working for the organization as Staff Services Manager since 2015.
Micah Palmer has been appointed by Pierre Area Chamber of Commerce / Visit Pierre, South Dakota, as Director of Tourism and Marketing. Since 2020, she has served as the marketing and social media manager at MaxStrat.
Jennifer Shira is the new Senior Convention Services Manager at Visit Austin. Prior to joining the DMO earlier this year, she was an Event Coordinator for the City of Austin.
Also at Visit Austin, Dane Piper has been promoted to Associate Director of Convention Services. He joined the DMO in 2010.
Monica B. Silva is the new Executive Meetings Manager at Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau. She had previously been at Visit St. Pete Clearwater as Sales Manager.
Anthony Mancuso has started a new position as National Sales Director at Long Beach Convention & Visitors Bureau. Previously, he had been in sales executive roles at Discover Santa Clara, Destination El Paso, Visit Oakland, San Francisco Travel, and San Diego Tourism Authority.
Melissa Harder also joins as National Sales Director at Long Beach Convention & Visitors Bureau. She had been with Team San Jose for 10+ years, most recently as National Sales Manager.
Kameryn Trask has started a new role as Guest Experience Supervisor at Visit Napa Valley. She recently joined the DMO from Meadowood Resort.
June Billings has started a new role as Head of People Operations at Adara where she has been promoted from HR Manager.
Greg Desrosiers has departed his position as Marketing & Communications Manager at Providence Warwick Convention & Visitors Bureau in Rhode Island to re-join the Massachusetts Executive Office of Technology Services and Security as Content Strategist.
Maria Greene, Director of Market Development, is retiring from Destination BC after 30 years with the Canadian DMO.
