The Adobe Mobile Travel Report, released Aug. 3, 2016, analyzed more than 15 billion visits to major US travel, airline, and hotel websites. Findings include that while mobile devices handle 52 percent of browsing, they represent only 21 percent of bookings.
Matt Asay, VP of mobile at Adobe says, “The industry is struggling with being mobile-first. It’s where the customers are, but there’s a gap in what users expect and what is being delivered.” For more takeaways from the study, click here.
