In a five-star hotel, the concierge makes a personal connection when using a printed map to pinpoint directions before offering it to a guest.
Among guests surveyed, 88 percent prefer print collateral for maps, attractions, guides. Among concierge and front desk staff, 98 percent were in favor of offering print media.
