“What happens when two cities meet and realize they share
a mutual attraction for each other?”
To execute an inspirational promotion that accurately portrays their similarities and differences, Tourism Vancouver and Visit Anaheim collaborated with a Vancouver-based video production agency to create a collection of amusing person-on-the-street videos for a compelling, entertaining and often surprising result.
Next up for this budding destination relationship: future collaborations that incorporate mutually iconic destination components ranging from NHL hockey to craft beer to West Coast cuisine and beaches.
Join us for more case studies on video marketing at the upcoming eTourism LABS on March 14-15 in Philadelphia when speakers include Steve Loguidice, VP-Brand, Buzzfeed, on key factors that every video should have for shareability and Adam Johnson, VP Marketing of St. Paul CVB, on how they created an Adele parody video that drew hundreds of thousands of views…for under $1000.
