In Florida, the Emerald Coast Convention & Visitors Bureau’s ambitious new sales and marketing plan calls for $4.6 million in paid media.
The region’s plan includes $1.28 million dedicated to an ABC Network media package which may involve the broadcast of an up-and-coming country music star concert during Nashville’s Country Music Association Awards show, Super Bowl weekend fly-overs of a 100-by-200-foot promotional banner in Atlanta, and audience trivia wheel segments during “Live with Kelly & Ryan,” the nationally syndicated morning talk show.
