NYC & Company has announced three staff promotions (above, left to right). Janette Roush was promoted to Executive Vice President, Marketing & Digital; Rondel Holder was promoted to Senior Vice President, Content and Diversity Initiatives; and Natalie Koepff has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer while continuing in her role as General Counsel.
Steve Cohen has started a new position as Director, Strategic Research & Analysis at Travel Portland in Oregon. He joins from Orlando-based Stelico Consulting Group where he was a Managing Partner, and had previously been in executive roles with MMGY Global, Walt Disney Resorts, Marriott Vacations, and AAA.
Will Trokey has joined Visit Greater Palm Springs as the National Account Director based in the Washington, D.C. area. He joins from Visit Charlotte, NC.
Cindy Hinson has been appointed Convention Sales Director at Visit Knoxville. Previous roles included Communications Manager at Lee County Visitor & Convention Bureau in Florida and Director of Communications & Public Relations for the Punta Gorda Englewood Beach Visitor & Convention Bureau, also in Florida.
Kelly Parker has joined the team at Miles Partnership. She departs Visit Rogers in Northwest Arkansas as Director of Marketing and Communications following seven years with the DMO.
Maria Lourdes Gonzalez has joined Travel Santa Ana in California as the Content and Community Engagement Manager. She was an independent communications specialist whose clients included Santa Ana Business Council and Downtown Santa Ana.
Jessica Schultz has been promoted to Executive Vice President Global Media Strategy at MMGY Global. She joined the company in 2010.
Kelly Frailey Covato departs Meta to join Snap as Head of Industry for Travel. Kelly had been travel lead during her nine years at Facebook, which included her helpful and popular presentations at eTourism Summit. Previous to Facebook, she was in executive roles with Disney Parks, Experiences and Products in both Florida and California.

Visit Aurora, in Colorado, is inviting vendors to submit their proposal to provide marketing and advertising agency services. The agency will research, develop, and implement marketing strategies to elevate the status of Aurora as a premier destination for meeting, convention, and leisure travel. The total budget including, media, tools, research, and fees is approximately $1,000,000.00 annually.
