Yes, the Green Mountain State has great things to do and see. Vermont is the nation’s top producer of naturally sweet maple syrup, changing seasons bring spectacular deep fiery red and golden fall foliage, and picturesque covered bridges. But, the famous regional dish — consisting of fries, sauce brune (brown gravy) and cheese curds — is the signature dish of neighboring Province of Quebec.
