Greater Wilmington Convention & Visitors Bureau Executive Director Sarah Ridgway Willoughby will step down in June following 12 years at the DMO. She also serves on the Delaware Tourism Advisory Board, Delaware Hotel Lodging Association Board, Brandywine Valley National Scenic Byway Advisory Board, Brandywine Valley National Scenic Partnership, and the Delaware Center for Horticulture Board. A search committee has been formed.

Sioux City Regional Convention & Visitors Bureau has announced the hiring of industry executive Ron Bower in the newly created position of Tourism Manager.
Colleen Rodriguez has been named senior director of marketing at American Queen Steamboat Company and Victory Cruise Lines, part of the Hornblower Group. She had previously been with Regent Seven Seas, Silversea, and Cunard plus One&Only Resorts.
Michael Hicks has been named director of marketing communications at American Queen Steamboat Company. He was recently media relations director for Brightline, the Florida inter-city passenger rail service, and had been with Lou Hammond Group PR where he lead both of the agency-side media launches in 2012.
Scott Sloan will lead American Queen Steamboat Company and Victory Cruise Lines business development as manager for Southwest US region, including Southern California, Hawaii, Arizona and Nevada. His previous roles had been with PONANT, Carnival Cruises and Tesla.
