“Through our work with clients, we have come to believe that collaboration between organizations in the industry can reap benefits for DMOs, cultural attractions, tour operators, accommodations, restaurants, wineries, breweries, activity providers, and every business that is part of the travel, tourism, and hospitality ecosystem. We have been on a quest to learn more about what makes some collaborations successful while others struggle to find their footing…That’s why we embarked on this study. Our goal was to determine how we could leverage collaboration, an essential tool in our toolbox, for a stronger, faster, and better recovery.” — Break The Ice
